Our classes are for all students. Instructors will gauge their classes and adjust to fit the needs of our students.

 
 

Adult Gi Jiu Jitsu

We cover basic and advanced concept and techniques designed for everyone. We take all levels of students where we will teach defense, escapes, and submission techniques.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Bring your kids in and give them the opportunity to learn self-defense and fitness. Our coaches will work with them to learn how to protect themselves and have fun doing it. Our ages range from 5-16 on a case by case basis.

Self-Defense/Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals

Learn from our instructors on what to do in real life scenarios. We will go over a wide array of scenarios you can encounter in real life and the ways to put yourself in the best situation.

Family Jiu Jitsu

This is where you have the opportunity to share the mat with your children. Bring the whole family and enjoy your time sharing a fun activity that can teach your children (and you!) wonderful lessons.

Muay Thai

We have recently added Muay Thai to our programs in partnership with Guild Muay Thai to offer the best martial arts experience for all of our students.

No matter if you’ve ever thrown a punch or kick before, this class is for you. We will cover the basics of Muay Thai striking and pad holding.

Traditional Jiu Jitsu is practiced in the Gi (uniform). These courses are without the use of the uniform, creating new dynamics and techniques. We cover everything from basic fundamentals to more advanced leg attacking systems. These classes have plenty to offer for the novice or the longtime practitioner.

Open Mat

Saturday
11:30am – 1pm

The mats are open to do what you wish. Want to put everything you've been working on together and spar? This is your time. There are always coaches and/or experienced students on hand to assist and answer any questions.

Takedowns

Wednesday

6:30pm-7:30pm - No Gi - Wrestling Based (Mat Room B)

Our takedown specialty classes are for all levels and are taught by very high level instructors! Whether you are looking to compete or just want to know how to take the fight to the ground, your takedowns are sure to improve with these classes!

Women's Self Defense

Sunday
6pm – 7pm

We offer a women's only self defense class. This class will help teach you to neutralize and defend attacks against women. It is absolutely free and open to the public!!
